The inner spline hole of the hydraulic steering gear rotor of the combine harvester and the outer splines of the drive shaft are all 12 teeth. Pay attention to align the notch direction of the drive shaft with the concave direction of the rotor, otherwise it will cause the steering failure and the steering wheel to automatically swing. 2. Combine the full hydraulic diverter from the harvester to disassemble, you must remove the diverter from the harvester, can not be directly on the harvester decomposition, or the assembly of hydraulic steering gear, otherwise it will cause the following failures: ( 1) When the one-way valve limit bolt is directly disassembled on the combine harvester, the one-way valve can easily fall into the shell oil inlet under the action of its own gravity. Even if a new one-way valve is found, the one-way valve limit bolt will be used. The one-way valve is mounted upwards, and the one-way valve will fall into the oil inlet of the housing under the action of its own gravity, resulting in a heavy steering failure due to no one-way valve. (2) Remember the position of the one-way valve limit bolt in each bolt hole. Otherwise, the one-way valve will fall into the oil inlet of the housing because the bolt is too short. (3) Assemble the hydraulic steering gear and invert the assembly. After assembly, check that the check valve is in the correct position. The inspection method is to shake the assembled steering gear up and down. If it is installed correctly, it will hear the impact sound of the one-way valve moving back and forth between the seat and the limit bolt. If the sound of the one-way valve cannot be heard, it shall be disassembled. reassemble. 3. When installing the hydraulic pump, in order to prevent the pump from being oiled due to air resistance at the beginning of work, the hydraulic pump can be filled with clean hydraulic oil before installation. 4. For the hydraulic pump with high pressure lubrication, after the oil pump has just started working with the transmission, it is necessary to first lift the harvester header and load the hydraulic oil pump to increase the pressure of the oil pump, which is beneficial to the high pressure lubrication oil channel. It is good for lubrication of gears, friction sleeves, shafts and other friction pairs. 5. Do not easily increase the opening pressure of the safety valve in the control valve. Although the pressure can be adjusted to meet the overload, it will easily cause the damage of the machine, and the oil temperature will increase due to the extra pressure oil overflow. 6.Manual multi-way valve control the hydraulic system to perform the work of the cylinder, the handle must be returned to the neutral position in time after the operation, otherwise the oil return path is cut off or in the semi-open state, the hydraulic oil passes through the safety valve or the path becomes smaller. The throttling circuit returns to the tank, the oil temperature will rise rapidly, causing a series of failures of the hydraulic system. 7. When cleaning the magnetic oil drain plug of the hydraulic tank, it must be tapped while cleaning to make the attached metal particles fall. The tank should be cleaned only after the hydraulic system has been deactivated, mechanical impurities have not yet been deposited, and the oil has not yet thickened. 8. Pay attention to maintain the normal height of the hydraulic oil tank surface. When the oil level is too low, the air can easily enter the hydraulic pipeline, affecting the normal operation of the system. Even if the air does not enter the pipeline, the air contained in the tank increases when the oil level is too low, and the water contained in the air condenses into much water ( Especially in wet conditions), thus increasing the liquid impurities in the hydraulic oil. The liquid impurities combine with other impurities to form sewage and sludge, which can clog filters, filters, and even block safety valves and return valves; The separation of water from oil can also cause corrosion of metal devices.

In a Hydroponic System, plants are placed in nutrient-enriched water. Mediums such as gravels, sand or vermiculite can also be used. Thus plants which are placed in the water absorb the nutrients very easly. When the nutrients from the water starts finishing , water is recycled or additional nutrients are added.
