How to adjust the temperature of the fermentation bed?

(1) If the moisture is too high and/or the litter is too loose, the fermentation strength will increase and the temperature will be too high. The commonly used treatment method is to compact the litter slightly, or to replace the dry material after the litter Slightly compacted.

(2) When the moisture content is low and the air permeability of the cushion is slightly poor, the temperature produced by the fermentation is slow to diffuse into the air, and local high temperatures are often formed. Usually, measures can be taken by taking appropriate measures to supplement water and enhance the permeability of the litter.

(3) If the moisture content is too high or too low, the temperature of the fermentation bed will be too low. The solution is to adjust the moisture content.

(4) The permeability of the litter is too low, and the temperature of the fermentation bed is also low. At this time, it is necessary to increase the matting strength of the litter by loosening the mat, thereby increasing the temperature of the fermentation bed.
