Agricultural machinery parts assembly

In the maintenance of agricultural machinery, some parts are not installed due to structural restrictions, and they will be installed when they are carelessly installed, leaving the agricultural machinery with hidden troubles. Therefore, be sure to pay attention to the assembly.

1. If the cylinder head has oil holes, it must be aligned with the corresponding oil passage holes on the body and cylinder head to avoid friction caused by the oil cut-off on the cylinder head. No oil passage hole and positive and negative shape are the same, determined by the material of the cylinder head: For the aluminum alloy cylinder head, the flange side of the cylinder head should face toward the cylinder; for the cast iron cylinder cover, the flange of the cylinder head should face the cylinder head. .

2. The piston and the top of the piston ring are marked with an upward arrow, etc., and shall be installed in the direction specified by the mark; if not marked, the small eddies beside the vortex pit or pit at the top of the piston shall be toward the side of the injector. Ensure uniform gas mixing. When assembling the piston ring, the top is marked with "UP", "UP", etc., and should be facing upwards; at the top, the undistributed twisting ring should have its inner circle cut or chamfered downward; the chrome-plated ring (the shell should be bright) should be installed In the first piston ring groove, each ring opening should be staggered 120 to 180 degrees to ensure its sealing effect.

3. Connecting rod and connecting rod cover The connecting rod of the horizontal diesel engine is divided by 45 degrees, and the section should be face down to improve the stress of the connecting rod bolt. The connecting rod cover and the connecting rod are paired and processed. When assembling, the pairing marks should be on the same side to ensure that the roundness and cylindricity of the connecting rod bearing meet the specified requirements.

4. The main bearing cover, bushing or bushing main bearing cover and body bearing seat are all paired boring processing. They should be paired according to the matching mark. They must not be interchanged or changed in assembly direction so as not to damage the concentricity of the main bearing housing hole. Size accuracy. The bearing bushes or bushings with oil holes should be aligned with the corresponding oil hole on the bearing seat and the bushing hole to ensure the smoothness of the oil path.

5. If the cylinder head bolt is one end of the bolt with coarse thread and the other with fine thread, the coarse thread end should be screwed into the body; if both ends of the bolt are fine teeth, the shorter end should be screwed in. The body ensures that the cylinder head can be pressed tightly.

6. If the oil pump and injection pump oil are of planetary rotor type, the outer rotor should be chamfered towards the pump body to prevent the oil from circulating in the pump to reduce the pump oil pressure. The crescent-shaped positioning groove on the fuel injection nozzle plug sleeve should be aligned with the positioning hole on the pump body. The mark (or oil return groove) on the plunger should be installed upward to avoid causing oil supply or the diesel engine to “fly”.

7. The drive forks at both ends of the drive shaft and drive chain drive shaft should be in the same plane to avoid torsional vibration and damage of the transmission components. If the transmission chain adopts spring clips, the direction of the open end should be opposite to that of the chain so as to avoid falling off due to impact during movement.

8. The drive wheel drive wheel is marked with an up arrow and should be pointed at the direction of rotation of the tire when it is advanced. If there is no mark, the drive wheel should be seen from the back of the locomotive. The top of the "eight" or "human" shaped pattern should face upwards. .
