●Optimal temperature control

Temperature is a decisive factor in growth. Patented APT.line ^TM preheating system with a lumen can ensure accurate internal temperature, and uniform heat distribution.

Excellent kinetic design ensures a short recovery time for all BINDER CO2 incubators. Another feature of the CB series is BINDER's patented VENTAIR ^TM with a series control, jacket system for shorter temperature recovery times. This makes it possible to provide reliable protection at all times, especially during sensitive incubation periods.

●CO ₂ control

The patented gas mixing head provides an overall uniform gas distribution throughout the interior—no need for a fan. Completely eliminate bacterial mixing caused by disturbances.

●Saturation humidity control, no condensation

Highly saturated air humidity prevents cell culture from drying out and ensures constant permeation of the culture medium. However, in order to prevent contamination, no condensation may occur.

Our CO ₂ incubator can achieve a saturated humidity of 95% RH or even 98% RH while maintaining the inner wall completely dry, and produces accurate evaporation and reverse evaporation rates to ensure absolute stability of the air humidity.

Our proven and approved 180 °C (356 0F) hot air disinfection meets the most important international guidelines to ensure reliable destruction of bacteria that may interfere with the work. The BINDER CO2 incubator provides a simple 8-hour overnight sterilization cycle that eliminates the need for additional work, such as removal of internal sleeves, without the need for additional maintenance costs for fixtures, fittings or other spare parts.
