First, the characteristics of the equipment
There is an independent heating device in the liquid tank, which can be used to concentrate the liquid, or it can be used for "post-lowering" medicine boiling.
 
Second, installation, commissioning
1. This equipment should be installed in a place with good ventilation and lighting conditions.
2, the installation place requires upper and lower water conditions, power supply 220V, each machine electric power 1.6Kw.
4. Adjust the balance of the decocting machine to make the equipment stable, and the packing machine casters are locked to the locked position to make it fixed.
5, decocting machine adjustment: turn on the power, * press the setting button on the electric box, the display number is flashing, use the ▲ and ▼ keys to adjust, set the required temperature, the factory setting is 115 °C. 2, the operation steps: put Chinese medicine and water in the decocting machine, cover the lid, tighten the handle, close the deflation safety valve, set the decocting time and temperature, press the heating button, the machine automatically heats, reaches the setting The temperature is automatically transferred to the simmer, and after the set time is reached, the heating is automatically stopped.
After the medicine is fried, first open the exhaust safety valve, decompress properly (to reduce the pressure to about 1kg), and then open the valve for discharging the liquid. The liquid is injected into the medicine tank of the packaging machine through the liquid discharging hose. In the middle, simultaneously rotate the pressing device to extrude the residual drug solution in the drug pack. After the liquid medicine is drained, fully open the exhaust safety valve, reduce the pressure to atmospheric pressure, open the handle to take out the medicine pack, turn off the power supply, and clean it for later use.

Third, cleaning and maintenance
1, cleaning:

After working every day, remove the filter barrel. Thoroughly clean the bottom and inner walls with a soft cloth. Do not use a cleaning tool that removes silk or lint.

6. Before each medicated medicine closes the lid, the sealing ring should be carefully inspected to ensure that the sealing ring can be properly installed in the tank.
7. If the non-woven bag of the packaged drug is damaged during the decoction process, the dregs must be cleaned and reused to prevent the residue from being jammed after the residue is hit by the packaging machine.

9. When the decocting machine tightens the handle, it should be evenly pressed against the corner to prevent deformation of the lid.
