Do not use a spanner wrench to tighten the cylinder head screws to prevent the nut from rotating and the screw tightening torque is not uniform, resulting in plane deformation of the cylinder head. Use a special sleeve and torque wrench to evenly tighten the diagonal from the middle to the edge.
It is forbidden to use silk cloth cover air cleaners. Some air cleaners cover the air filter with a layer of silk cloth. This is believed to enhance the filter effect of the diesel engine and make the air cleaner. In fact, the silk cloth will hinder the air from entering the cylinder smoothly, causing the cylinder to supply insufficient gas and incomplete combustion, leading to black smoke and power drop of the diesel engine.
When the diesel engine was overhauled with cotton yarns, some of the operators would repeatedly scrub the parts and the interior of the crankshaft with cotton yarn and diesel oil. Although the oil was removed, a layer of cotton fiber was easily attached to the oil filter in the oil pan. When the oil enters the oil passage, it will be easy to burn the tiles when it is used for a short time. Therefore, the cleaning part should use a brush.
