Observe that the spray is normal. If normal, you can work in the field. If the spray is not good, or there is leakage or air leakage, it should be repaired. 3. If the water cover is slightly leaky, the barrel body can be shaken for several times to make the water contact with the barrel cover to enhance the seal of the barrel cover and continue pumping to increase the pressure in the barrel. The greater the pressure, the tighter the lid is. 4. In the event of a malfunction, the bleeder nut should be loosened and the compressed gas released. Otherwise, the liquid will burst out and cause harm to people and livestock. 5. When filling with clean water or potion, the height of the medicine marked on the outside of the body must not be exceeded in order to ensure the storage of compressed air and generate pressure. When dosing, the liquid should be filtered to prevent impurities from blocking the orifice. 6. In order to ensure that there is no failure and extend the life of the sprayer during use, the remaining liquid must be poured out after each use. When loosening the drug, loosen the tension nut first, press the tightening screw to make the compressed air in the barrel exhaust, then unscrew the water cap and pour out the liquid, then wash it with clean water. After using highly corrosive liquids or emulsions, or before long-term storage, use alkaline water to clean the inside and outside surfaces of the sprayer, rinse with fresh water (preferably warm water), and spray air to clean the inside of the hose and the sprayer. After the lid is opened, pour out the remaining water and let the water joint face down, and dry the barrel to prevent corrosion. At the same time, the collar screws should be wiped dry, oiled and stored to prevent rust; the tube should be hung up, and both ends should hang down; the boom should be stored upright, the nozzle should be upwards, and the water inside should flow out; the apron and leather in the joint should be The bowl should be coated with oil to prevent drying and shrinkage. 7. When loading the bowl, half of the bowl should be placed in the bowl, then rotated, and the plug should be gradually upright. Never push the bowl upside down. 8. Sprayers should be stored in a cool, dry place. Do not stack them with corrosive materials such as pesticides or chemical fertilizers.
