Can not ignore the usual maintenance of biogas digesters

In recent years, with the development of biogas construction projects, the number of biogas digesters has soared and the utilization rate of biogas digesters has reached more than 98%. It is particularly important to ensure that the biogas tanks are normally maintained. How to do maintenance work? Establishing the pool with three points, seven-point management, using purpose, management is the key concept, and combined with actual promotion work experience, we have found a set of "pathological pools" for non-fermentation reasons.

The first is to do a good job of "three diligence" (diligence inspection, diligence analysis, diligent maintenance) and find that problems are solved at any time. Generally, the normal gas production after the biogas digester feeds is checked from the following reasons:

(1) The pressure gauge shows that it has not exceeded a certain value, or if the gas has not been produced after feeding, there is no change in the water level. This type of pool is a gas leaking tank;

(2) Normal gas production is normal, sudden pressure drop is zero, and it does not rise afterwards. This type of pool leaks and leaks, and the tank is very rupturable;

(3) The small fluctuations in the water surface of the pressure gauge indicate that there is a small air leakage phenomenon. At this time, the hose at the air pipe is stuck and the water column of the pressure gauge does not fall and does not fluctuate. Therefore, the air leakage at the air pipe joint or the pool cover must be confirmed. At this time, we must pull out the airway, fill it with water, and take a bubble in the water. Then the airway leaks. Otherwise, it is definitely a leak in the pool cover;

(4) When the switch is turned on, the water column of the pressure gauge drops a lot, and at the same time when the fire is fired, the fire suddenly flickers, the air pipe has a sound, indicating that there is water accumulation in the air pipe, and it should be eliminated as soon as possible.

The second is to do a good job in the sealing performance of biogas tanks after large discharges. First of all, the inside surface of the pool cover of the biogas digester should be cleaned, and the cement must be brushed twice; the reservoir covered by the activity should always have a certain amount of water, because the movable cover is mainly sealed by clay, once the water is lacking, the clay Dry cracking will inevitably lead to air leakage; To prevent the leakage of the pool cover from leaking due to exposure to the sun, it is necessary to water the pool cover and cover the ground frequently to help ensure the sealing performance of the pool cover; when the winter is over, the insulation layer should be covered. It can protect the pool from being frozen and at the same time it can increase the winter gas production rate of the digester.

Third, the biogas digester cannot be left empty for too long, otherwise it will damage the tank body. Whether it is a new biogas digester or a large digester, the old biogas digester must be fed in a timely manner (temporarily without material, then enter the half pool water) for three reasons:

(1) High groundwater level may break through the bottom of the pool.

(2) The summer sun exposure cracks and freezes the pool in winter.

(3) Human factors damage the pool.

High Flow Nasal Cannula(HFNC) oxygen therapy is a form of non –invasive respiratory support, which comprises an air oxygen blender, an active humidifier, a single heated circuit and a nasal cannula. It delivers adequately heated and humidified medical gas up to 10-60L/min, and is considered to have a number of physiological effects: reduction of anatomical dead space, PEEP effect, constant fraction of inspired oxygen and good humidification.
It is widely used in RICU and ICU.
