Test materials: straw biological reaction strains, plant vaccines (provided by Shandong Straw Biological Engineering Technology Research Center); Xi'an Green Vine (provided by Xi'an Seed Company), Mawa Tomato (provided by Rexwang Seed Company, Holland), and Han Feng Cucumber (provided by Liaoning Greenfield Seed Company).

Test method: The experiment was conducted in August 2009-May 2010 in two greenhouses in Limingsheng, Jiamiao Village, Anju Town, Suizhou City. The cultivation site was sandy loam and the soil fertility was moderate. The East greenhouse is a straw bioreactor with an area of ​​483 square meters. The main plant is Xi'an Green Vine, and the small area is planted with Maw tomato and Han Feng cucumber. A total of 3500 pounds of wheatgrass, 160 pounds of wheat bran, 200 pounds of cakes, 8 kilograms of reactor strains, 3 kilograms of plant vaccines, and a total cost of 1,060 yuan; the western greenhouse is a conventional treatment with an area of ​​511 square meters, and the cultivated varieties are the same as the eastern greenhouse. The use of chicken bar feces 6 square, three 15 three-element compound fertilizer 75 kilograms, potassium sulfate 50 kilograms, phosphorus 100 kilograms, the total cost of 1175 yuan.

Pest control, reactor processing than conventional cultivation one month later, each dose reduced by half; reactor treatment once every 20 days, the routine once every 10 days, the total dosage reduced by 75%. Top dressing, in the middle and late stages of vegetable growth, Li Mingsheng performed top-dressing on two greenhouses, of which conventional greenhouses chased 22% of potassium sulphate by 160 kg, and the reactor greenhouse reduced by half and used 80 pounds.

Test results: 1, eggplant early yield and economic benefits. The first statistics were carried out on December 20, 2009. The greenhouse output of the reactor was 2,126 kg, the output value was 6,130 yuan, the conventional greenhouse output was 1,593 kg, and the output value was 4,235 yuan. The reactor increased by 33.5 times the conventional output and economic efficiency, respectively. %, 44.7%.

2, the total output and economic benefits of eggplant. The experiment was conducted on May 20, 2010 when the eggplant was pulled for the second time. The total output of the reactor was 7560 kg, and the total output was 18223 yuan. The total output of conventional greenhouses was 5572 kg, and the total output was 12,681 yuan. The reactor was more conventional than conventional ones. Output and economic efficiency increased by 35.6% and 43.7%, respectively.

According to the yield per mu, the conventional greenhouse cucumber was pulled on November 15, 2009, with a yield of 3,600 kg per mu, and the output value was 7,230 yuan; the greenhouse cucumber production in the reactor was 43 days longer, and it was pulled on December 28, 2009 with a yield of 5,800 yuan per mu. In kg, the output value was 11,865 yuan, and the output and profit increased by 60% and 64% respectively.

Experiments have shown that the straw bioreactor technology plays an outstanding role in actual production and increases production significantly. Its main advantages are:
