Oil heater principle

The fuel is burned in the furnace of the heating furnace through the burner to generate heat. The heat is transferred to the intermediate heat carrier (heat medium---heat-conducting oil) through the furnace tube in the form of radiation and convection, and the heat-conducting oil is driven by the heat-conducting oil circulating pump. The forced circulation is carried out in the heating system, and the heated high-temperature heat-conducting oil exchanges heat with the hot working medium in the user's heat exchange equipment, thereby transferring the heat generated by the combustion to the hot working medium indirectly to achieve the purpose of heating. When the heat transfer oil after heat exchange is returned to the heating furnace, the secondary heating is performed, and the cycle is performed to achieve the purpose of continuously heating the working medium.

The hot oil portion is a high temperature heat transfer oil that passes through a hot oil pump or directly into the tube bundle of the steam generator by a heat carrier heating furnace. The heat in the pipe transfers heat to the water outside the pipe at a certain flow temperature through the pipe wall, heats the water, and the heat transfer oil is cooled down, and is returned to the heating furnace for recycling.
The steam generator uses demineralized water, and if it is preheated, the amount of evaporation can be increased. The water enters the evaporator from the bottom, and the water is heated under natural convection to generate steam on the heated surface, and becomes unsaturated steam through the underwater orifice plate and the uniform vapor orifice plate, and is sent to the steam distribution package to provide gas for production and living.
