Agrocybe aegerita intensive cultivation

Agrocybe aegerita, also known as Agrocybe aegerita, has a crisp handle, a pure taste, and a good taste. It is naturally distributed on tea trees in Fujian, Taiwan, Yunnan, and Tibet. In recent years, Jiangxi, Fujian and other provinces have been commercially mass-produced, and domestic exports of products are popular. The intensive three-dimensional cultivation techniques are now described as follows:

1. Construction of mushroom sheds: Both indoor mushroom houses and wild mushroom houses (or plastic sheds) can be used. According to the requirements of pollution-free production, environmental conditions must be optimized, and soil, water, and water sources should be free of pollution. Intensive production of sheds can be adapted to local conditions. Gutian County, Fujian Province, bamboo and wood used as a skeleton, surrounded by thermal insulation plastic panels constitute mushroom house. There are 6-7 shelves, each room is 250-300 square meters, one-time cultivation of 10,000 bags. Mushrooms should be hygienic, able to keep warm, moisturize, ventilate, and have reasonable lighting.

2. Cultivation season: growth temperature of 10-36 degrees Celsius, optimum temperature 24-28 degrees Celsius; growth temperature of fruiting bodies 12-34 degrees Celsius, optimum temperature 22-28 degrees Celsius, biological characteristics, cultivation season Arrange for spring and autumn. In spring, it is appropriate to inoculate in February and fruit in April; in August, it will be inoculated in autumn, and in October, it will produce mushrooms so that natural temperatures can be fully utilized.

3. Fungi process: tea mushroom mushroom bag production process: ingredients - stirring - bagging - sterilization are routine operations. Commonly-used culture ingredients are:

1 50% cottonseed husk, 22% wood, wheat bran 20%, lime powder 2%, corn flour 5%, gypsum powder 1%; 2 tea seed shell 40%, cottonseed husk 32%, wheat bran 20%, lime powder 2%, corn flour 5%, calcium superphosphate 1%; 3 mixed wood chips 72%, wheat bran 20%, sucrose 2%, calcium carbonate 1%, calcium superphosphate 1%, gypsum powder 1%.

The raw materials are different. Before the spices are processed separately, the tea seed husks should be crushed into large grains of rice. They should be immersed in 1%-2% lime water for 10-14 hours and then picked up. The cottonseed husk needs to be mixed with water 24 hours ahead of time to allow it to absorb water. In order to prevent the contamination of the bacteria, it is also possible to pre-wet the cotton seed hulls with lime before mixing. The moisture content of the culture material is controlled at 60%.

Cultivation bag specifications: Standing bag cultivation commonly used 1532 cm (or 1738 cm), thickness of 5 mm high pressure polypropylene polypropylene bags. As a factory production factory, it is best to use the "space package" automatic stamping and bagging machine to increase production.

4. Inoculation culture: select the best-quality bacteria that have good quality and no more than 80 days of bacteria. When the bag temperature does not exceed 30 degrees Celsius when inoculated, the bacteria bag is placed in the inoculation box. Various inoculation equipments are disinfected with 75% alcohol and placed in the inoculation box. The disinfectant ignited and sterilized for 15-20 minutes before being allowed to sterilize. Start inoculation. When inoculating, the bag mouth should be close to the flame of the alcohol lamp with the bag mouth facing downwards. Except for a few bacteria species, the most bacteria species should be placed on the surface of the culture medium, and then the bag should be tightly closed. After the inoculation, the bacterial bag is put into the rack of the mushroom house, the temperature is maintained at 23-25 degrees Celsius, the air humidity is not more than 70%, and weak light scattering occurs. In the autumn period, the high temperature is often encountered. Pay attention to the heat dissipation of the bag and strengthen the ventilation and cooling. At the same time, it must also be protected against rodents so as not to infect the bacteria.

5. Mushroom management: When the mycelial bag is filled with hyphae, it will take about 10 days. When the accumulated temperature is between 1600 and 2000 degrees Celsius, it will be moved into the pre-sterilized plant opening. Before the opening of the bag with 0.5% potassium permanganate liquid washing, dry with a blade in the top of the bag cut 3 cm or so small mouth (or cut Zhakou) above the film bag, covered with film. Some farmers use a simple method: untie the bag, straighten the film, and cover the newspaper. In this stage, the indoor temperature is maintained at 20-28 degrees Celsius, and the relative humidity in the room is 70%-75%. After opening, water should not be sprayed directly so as to avoid infection of bacteria. 5 days after the opening if the humidity is too high, sooner or later ventilated 10-15 minutes, the humidity is too low, you can spray water humidification; 12-16 days after opening, the space spray requires the relative humidity of the air should reach 80% -90%; a lot of fruiting The requirement has been raised to 90%-95%, not to exceed 97%. The mycelium turned from vegetative growth to reproductive stage. The color of the material surface changed, yellow water appeared early, and then dark brown patches followed by buds. As long as the temperature and humidity are suitable, the mushrooms should be gradually introduced within 15-20 days after opening.

6. timely harvest: from the bud to harvest generally 5-7 days, when the cap was hemispherical, the ring has not yet taken out of the stem when harvested, expired affect the quality of goods. After harvesting the first mushroom, spraying should be stopped for 5-6 days, allowing it to resume mycelial growth and accumulate nutrients for the next period mushroom. After 15 days, the humidity of the air was increased to 90% or more, which promoted the growth of the second mushroom. From the end of the first mushroom to the second mushroom, it normally takes about 7-15 days. Afterwards, issue the third mushroom again according to the above management method. After picking the 3rd period mushroom, if the matrix in the bag is dry and dehydration, it can be taken out of the bag to cover the soil for cultivation, and the humidity can be increased, and the long mushroom can also be continued. As long as properly managed, usually 200-300 grams of fresh mushrooms per bag, dry weight 30-50 grams.
