Scientific selection: To select a good hatching machine, consider the use cost, reliability, hatching rate, service life, and after-sales service of the machine. Among them, the level of hatching rate is the most important indicator to measure the quality of equipment, and it is also the main reason why many hatcheries spare no expense in replacing advanced hatchery equipment. The temperature field inside the machine should be uniform, there is no temperature dead angle, otherwise it will reduce the hatching rate; the accuracy of the temperature control of the machine, Han Xian intelligence is better than fuzzy computer, fuzzy computer is better than integrated circuits. 3, the correct use: 1 First, the machine should be cleaned, add grease to the bearings. Check if there is any debris in the machine, whether the moving parts are flexible, whether the insurance is intact, whether the external wiring is correct, and whether the power supply voltage used is qualified. If the voltage is unstable, it is best to use a regulator. 2 The incubator room should be well-ventilated, and the machine should be placed on a layer of brick-slab or concrete platform. 3 Turn on the main line switch (regulator) first, then turn on the power switch. Next, turn on the fan switch, turn the big fan, the heating indicator light, and the heating tube work, and finally turn the egg switch. The alarm button can check if the alarm line is good. 4 After starting the machine, observe whether the rotation of the fan is normal, whether the turn-turning mechanism is working properly, whether the flipping angle is appropriate, and whether the control condition is good. After two days of startup, it is determined that the machine is working normally, and then eggs are laid for hatching. 5 When taking eggs, turn the egg switch off. Shake the egg rack with a rocker, then take the eggs. Then, turn on the switch, turn the egg turning mechanism to set the angle, return to work. Be sure to shake the handle in the direction of the arrow when turning the egg. 6 Check the tightness of the belt frequently. If it is too loose, the air volume is small, the ventilation is bad, and the temperature difference inside the machine is large. If it is too tight, the belt and motor life will be affected.
