I. Imported corn silage machine
German E281 silage. The aircraft was a product of the 1970s (discontinued) and had the highest domestic ownership.
Advantages: not on the line of work, stay low, strong adaptability to the lodging stalk; can be turned anyway, after blocking, can play blocking spit straw; 80 ~ 100 acres / day.
Disadvantages: poor adaptability for harvesting more than 3 meters of high-stalked corn; straw squashing effect is poor, especially the effect of straw squashing after corn grain harvest is even worse; forage rate is 70%. As the majority of mobile phones on the market, maintenance inconvenience after a failure, affecting normal operations.
Ukrainian Balestier large silage machine. Its cutting range is 3 meters, a price of about 700,000 yuan.
Advantages: Vertical drum type cutting table, not on the line of work, there is no limit to the height of corn stalks; floating roller has spring tension, good effect on straw squash; feed forage rate of more than 90%; straw slicing length adjustable; Anyway, after the blockage, it can be used to reverse the spit and block the straw; 80 to 120 acres/day.
Disadvantages: Can't harvest lofty straw.
Portuguese AGROVIL silage corn harvester. The machine's supporting power is more than 90 horsepower tractors, cutting range of 2 meters, each price about 280,000 yuan.
Advantages: not on the line of work, there is no limit to the height of corn stalks; good squash squash effect; can increase feed intake rate; foldable, self-opening; smooth delivery, easy to block; work efficiency is 50 ~ 60 acres / day.
Disadvantages: The machine has a large turning radius, which is not suitable for small-scale operations;
In short, the performance of the imported machine is stable, the product quality is good, the model is large, the cutting range is more than 3 meters, and the operating efficiency is high. However, it is not suitable for small operations. Due to high prices and inconvenient maintenance, it is difficult for ordinary users to bear.
Second, domestic corn silage machine
4QB-10 series silo. The machine is divided into self-propelled, piggyback and interchangeable cutting table, cut 2 meters. The biggest advantage of this machine is that it is not suitable for the operation, the height of stay is low, and it is adaptable to the fallen straw. Straw crushing effect is good. Piggybacks and interchangeable cuts can be used in more than one machine.
4QZ-8 green feed harvester. The unique structure of the machine, hob cutting, hammer crushed, comes with a collection hopper.
Advantages: Cut low, self-opening, smooth operation.
Disadvantages: The loss of the whole plant silage is relatively high, and the storage in the cellar is not suitable; the adaptability to the lodging straw is poor; it is suitable for silage without sticks.
4QZ-2 series green feed harvester. The machine is divided into self-propelled, backpack type, cut 2 meters. The self-propelled power is 110 horsepower, and the piggyback power is a 90-horsepower wheel tractor, suitable for small-scale operations.
As domestic manufacturers continue to increase research and development efforts, the performance of domestic machines has stabilized. Because of its low price, convenient maintenance, thoughtful after-sales service and purchase subsidies, it is increasingly welcomed by users.
