1. Slow gas production or leakage from biogas digesters (1) Biogas digesters have been loaded and filled with water, and the water level has not dropped. However, the water column of the pressure gauge does not rise. It is necessary to check if the tank is leaky. Use the flame method.
The approach is: Open the gas pipeline switch, and then add water to the pool to the cover plate, exhaust the air space in the tank air space, and then close the switch. Remove the water from the pool so that the water level drops to about 600mm below the cover. After 24 hours, if there is no abnormal change observed (ie, the water level does not change, the movable cover does not leak, etc.), then light a candle or an oil lamp and place the air pipe. The nozzle is aimed at the flame and the switch is opened. If the flame is inhaled by the nozzle at this time, it indicates that the gas box is of good quality and does not leak gas; if the flame does not rise as usual, it indicates that the air box is leaking.
After the biogas digester has been charged for a period of time (5 to 10 days in summer and 20 days in winter at temperatures above 10°C), if gas is still not produced, gas leaks from the air tank. At this time, the gas pipe can be directed at the flame ( Note: The gas pipe is led away from the methane tank 10m. It is forbidden to ignite at the gas pipe nozzle to avoid backfire into the pool and cause the tank to explode. Turn on the switch. If no air is blown out, the flame will not move and it will prove that the air box (or the airway) leaks; if there is gas, it will not burn, but if there is too much gas, remove it several times and try again; if it can ignite, it will produce less gas. It is a normal phenomenon that there is no end and there are few to many.
(2) Biogas pressure gauges The water column rises very slowly, there is insufficient gas and there is no fire and heat. In this case, positive and negative pressure can be used to measure: remember that the first day of water column rise degree, the gas release, turn off the switch, remove some water from the pool to make it into more than 100 millimeters of negative pressure, and then In 24 hours, pour some of the water from the tank into the pool and observe the rising height of the water column on the pressure gauge. If the height of the water column is the same as that of the first water column, it means that the pool is not leaking, but the gas production is slow; if the pressure gauge water column is higher than the first The second highest indicates the leak in the pool.
(3) The biogas digester began to produce normal gas, and the gas production dropped significantly soon. The reason for this phenomenon is air leakage.
(4) During the use of biogas digester gas, if it suddenly finds that the water column is moving in the opposite direction of the intake air, a negative pressure appears, indicating that the biogas digester is leaking.
2. Finding methods for the leakage of biogas digesters The method of checking the internal leakage of the biogas digester is to check the exterior, check the interior, gradually eliminate the doubt points, identify the parts, and then repair the disease.
(1) External inspection method. Put the plastic tube with the switch in place, one end is tightly tied with a rope, put in a basin filled with water, and one end is pumped into the air with an air pump (or with a mouth blow). Observe the presence of air bubbles in the plastic tube, switch, and connector. appear. Where there are air bubbles, there are leaky holes. When using biogas, use a brush to apply soapy water on the air pipes, air pipes and switches, straight through, three links, elbows, and large and small joints to see if bubbles are generated. In addition, air ducts and pool cover joints, movable cover joints are also prone to defects, should pay attention to inspection.
(2) Internal inspection methods. According to the external inspection, the external leakage factor is eliminated. After it is determined that the inside of the tank is leaking or leaking, the liquid in the tank must be removed. After the gas in the tank is completely eliminated, the tank cover, wall, and bottom are observed. Whether there are cracks or voids in the inlet and outlet pipes, and whether the air pipe is loose. Tap on the pool body with your finger and hit a wooden stick. If there is an empty sound, it means that the sealing layer has wings. The joint between the inlet and outlet pipes and the pool wall cover is also prone to cracks and should be carefully checked. Also observe whether there is water seepage in the pool wall. For invisible sites, sprinkle a layer of dry cement powder live grass ash on the surface, such as wet spots or wet lines, ie leaking holes or leaking lines.
