l. The normal belt filter press can be used for feeding work. The whole machine should be inspected before each shift. The mechanical compression transmission parts and the reduction gear box must be filled with lubricating oil; the hydraulic pressure is used to check the oil storage capacity of the fuel tank and the working pressure of the hydraulic station. The hydraulic oil is generally replaced once a year. When the replacement is made, the hydraulic system should be fully cleaned and the working pressure of the hydraulic station Less than the maximum working pressure of the cylinder, but the minimum can not be lower than the allowable value of the filtration pressure. If it is too small, it will cause a large leakage, and the assembly will be damaged.
2. It is forbidden to start the work in the case where the filter plate is less than the specified quantity, so as to avoid damage to the machine. Check the arrangement of the filter plates before feeding. The filter cloth should not be folded to prevent large leakage. After the cake is unloaded, the filter plates must be tightly packed and aligned.
3. After all normal, the filter plate can be pressed and filtered. The filtration pressure and filtration temperature must be within the specified range. If the filtration pressure is too high, it will cause leakage. If the filtration temperature is too high, the plastic filter plate will be easily deformed. The concentration should be uniform. There must be no mixed materials; after the cake is unloaded, the filter cloth and the filter plate must be rinsed clean, and the residue is not allowed to be stuck in the sealing surface or the feeding channel, otherwise the smoothness of the feed and the sealing of the filter plate will be affected, so that the sides of the filter plate Unbalanced pressure causes damage to the filter plate.
4. The selection of the filter cloth must meet the filter technology requirements of the filter pad. The new filter cloth should be shrunk before the production. The diameter of the opening should be smaller than the hole diameter of the filter plate. When the filter plate is matched, the hole and the plate hole should be relatively concentric. The cloth should be close to the wall of the tube, otherwise it will cause, the filter is unclear, the filtration rate is low, and the cloth tube is broken, which does not achieve the intended filtering effect.
5. In the initial stage of pressure filtration, the belt filter press is more turbid. When a filter cake is formed on the filter cloth, the filtrate will become clear. If the filtrate has been turbid or clear and mixed, it may be that the filter cloth is damaged or the cloth hole is deviated from the plate hole. At this time, close the valve or stop the feed replacement filter cloth. A small amount of leakage caused by the capillary phenomenon of the filter cloth is allowed between the filter plates.
6. When moving the filter plate, the force should be even and appropriate. Do not collide or beat, so as not to damage the sealing surface and the filter wrench. After the filter cloth is used for a period of time, it will become hard and the performance will be degraded. For this reason, it is necessary to check regularly. If it is found that the change affects the filtration rate, the low-concentration weak acid weak base can be used for neutralization cleaning to restore the filter cloth. If you cannot recover, replace it in time.
7. The slurry, washing liquid or compressed air valve must be activated according to the operating procedure. It cannot be activated at the same time. The compressed air pressure cannot exceed the filtration pressure when the diaphragm is squeezed.
