(1) Turn on the power, press the button on the downstream moving code, push the swimming weight by hand, and move it to the left, so that the zero line of the upstream standard of the swimming weight is aligned with the zero line of the scale, and the button is released and aligned. The zero line may move. You can use your hand to turn the screw on the knurled part at the right end of the screw to move the swimming weight so that the two zero lines coincide.
(2) Adjust the zero-contact screw at the rear position of the angle indicator board so that it just touches the swimming weight, and then tighten the zero-contact screw with the nut lock to check whether the zero line of the cursor and the ruler coincide. If it does not coincide, the zero-contact screw should be re-adjusted until it overlaps.
(3) Loosen the locking screw, move the large and small balance 砣, so that the large lever is balanced as much as possible, then tighten the locking screw, lock the large balance 于 on the large lever, and move the nut on the small balance , to make Move the small balance 直至 until the large lever is completely balanced, then use the locking screw to lock the small balance 于 on the large lever. Note that the locking of the large and small balance 必须 must be reliable, so as not to break the test piece during use. When the lever is falling, it is shaken to break the balance.
(4) Put the test body into the folding fixture, align with the alignment plate on the clamp, rotate the hand wheel under the clamp, make the loading roller on the pull frame contact with the test piece, and continue to rotate a certain angle to make The large lever has a certain angle of elevation. The value is generally estimated by experience. The principle is that the specimen should be placed in a horizontal position as much as possible when the specimen is broken. The value of the angle can be read on the angle indicator board.
(5) Press the start button, the machine starts to load, when the test piece breaks, the large lever falls to touch the limit switch, disconnect the motor power supply and read the reading.
(6) Keep the instrument clean and dry. There must be no lubricating oil between the blade and the blade to avoid sticking to dust. The limit switch striker must be adjusted until the large lever falls to the end. The limit switch just moves. Do not adjust the position where the limit switch is operated too early to avoid damaging the limit switch.
The cement electric anti-folding machine test is suitable for testing the test machine of cement mortar sand 40×40×160 mm prismatic specimen flexural strength (referred to as electric anti-folding machine). The electric folding machine is a two-arm lever type, and its cruising moves along the lever to gradually increase the load. 2.4 Loading speed: 5 ± 0.5 kg / sec.

2.5 Loading cylinder and supporting cylinder diameter: 10±0.1 mm; loading cylinder and supporting cylinder effective length: 46 mm.

2.6 Center distance between two supporting cylinders: 100±0.1 mm.

2.7 Parallelism of two supporting cylinders: no more than 0.1 mm.

2.8 The loading and supporting cylinders should be rotated, and the matching clearance: no more than 0.05 mm.

2.9 The center line of the upper and lower clamps should coincide, and the coaxiality: no more than φ1.0 mm.

2.10 The axial clearance between the drive screw and the crucible: no more than 0.5 mm.

2.11 blade hardness: HRC60 ~ 62; knife bearing hardness HRC62 ~ 64.

2.12 The smoothness of the working surface is not lower than â–³7.

2.13 The electric anti-folding machine should be stable when loading, and there is no vibration shock phenomenon. The scale scale should be clear and uniform.

2.14 Electrical parts should be well insulated.

2.15 The electric folding machine should have a clear indication of the level of the body and the lever.

2.16 The paint and plating surface of the electric folding machine should be flat, bright, uniform and consistent in color.

Third, cement electric folding machine acceptance rules and test methods

3.1 Each electric anti-folding machine shall be inspected by the quality inspection department of the manufacturer and verified by the local metrology department, and the quality certificate and verification certificate shall be issued before leaving the factory.

3.2 Instruments, measuring tools and other appliances used in the inspection of electric folding machines include: a. Vernier calipers with a graduation value of not less than 0.02 mm; b. Third-class standard dynamometer; c. Stopwatch; d. 1 gram weight; e. 40×40×160 mm special tools (smoothness is not less than △7); f. Standard sample and dial indicator.

3.3 The test method of Articles 2.1 and 2.2 of this standard is to use the third-class standard dynamometer for load verification. At the time of inspection, starting from 10% of the maximum load to the maximum load, the measuring point is not less than 5, and each measurement is three times. The relative error of the indication value and the relative change of the indication value are calculated based on the scale of the electric folding machine. 3.6 Clauses 2.5, 2.6, and 2.8 of this standard are inspected with a caliper.

3.7 Article 2.7 of this standard is inspected with 40×40×160 mm special tools and feeler gauges.

3.8 Article 2.9 of this standard is inspected with special tools.

3.9 Article 2.10 of this standard is checked with a dial indicator.

3.10 Clauses 2.11 and 2.12 of this standard are respectively inspected with a hardness tester and a standard sample.

3.11 Sections 2.13 to 2.16 of this standard are inspected as required.
