When the diesel engine is used for a period of time, due to the wear of the plunger fittings and the injection pump transmission components, the oil supply advance angle will be reduced, resulting in too late oil supply and increased fuel consumption. Therefore, the oil supply angle should be ensured at an optimal angle.

3. Ensure that the machine does not leak oil. Diesel engine oil pipelines often have holes due to uneven joints, gasket deformation or damage. 6. Adjust the fuel injection pressure of the injector. Injector pressure of the 195 diesel engine injector (120+5) kg/cm2. When the injection pressure is lower than 100kg/cm2, the fuel consumption increases by 10-20/kW.h, and the pressure on the injection pump can be checked and adjusted by the comparative method.
