Now take 1LF-435B hydraulic two-way reversible plough as an example. Introduce some adjustment methods during use.
(1) The correct suspension method. Before the farming, the 1LF-435B hydraulic two-way reversible plough was a three-point suspension. Two lower lift arms were installed behind the two pull-down ears of the plough, and then the center pull rod was attached. Pay attention to adjust the center of the plough to the center of the tractor. The method is to adjust the dimensions of the two lift arms and the inner diameter of the tractor's large tire symmetrically and equally, and then tighten the zipper nuts on both sides to prevent the ploughing and unevenness of the plow from swinging right and left when plowing.
(2) Adjust the central lever. Before adjusting, plowing from the ground and returning, the tractor tires will be adjusted after the furrows are taken. If the front is deep, the back is shallow. On the contrary, the central pull rod is loosened so that the plow frame can be ploughed back and the front plow can be plowed shallowly, so that the central pull bar can be tightened so that the plow frame can be kept parallel.
(3) Adjusting the depth of cultivation. The rated tillage depth of 1LF-435B hydraulic two-way reversible plough is 20~30cm. The bottom of the trench is cleaned when measuring, and the straight wood strip is parallel to the uncultivated surface, and then measured vertically with a ruler. If the cultivator is shallow, adjust the bolts of the limited-depth wheel fixing plate limit bearing, shorten the bolt, and make the depth-limiting wheel tilt backward, so that the plough frame can be lowered to increase the depth. If the ploughing depth is too deep, more than 30cm, in the same way, screw the long support bolts, so that the depth limit wheel is tilted forward, so that the plough frame is raised and the purpose of cultivating shallow is achieved. It should be noted that once the length is adjusted properly, the bolts on the other side must be adjusted to the same length. In addition, it is also possible to adjust the left and right support on the fixed plate and move it up and down to adjust the depth of the depth limit wheel.
(4) How to adjust the bolts of the plough limit board. The adjustment bolts of the limiting plates on both sides of the cross beams of the plough suspension frame are used to adjust the left and right balance of the plough. When plowing the ground, take the ground plane as a reference and observe whether the plowing frames are parallel. If not, you can adjust the parallelism of the plow frame by tightening or loosening the adjusting bolts.
It should be noted that after adjusting one side, the other side must also be adjusted in the same way to achieve the same effect as turning left and right. When not farming, the plows are not parallel and it is normal to have a certain slope.
(5) Adjustment of the ploughshare into the soil. First, check if the tractor and the plough's attachment (connection point) are too high. If it is too high, it must be lowered to the proper depth of the plough for the soil. Then shorten the length of the central puller to increase the angle of the plough. It is also possible to move the position of the depth limiter wheel backwards, from the corresponding position of the second plow column to the position between the second plow and the third plow column. In addition, plough blade thickness of more than 3mm to be forged or sharpened, otherwise it is not easy to get into the soil.
(6) Adjusting the easy deviation of the tractor when farming. First adjust the plough hook, so that the three-point suspension in the tractor's center, and ensure that the two lift arm and tractor inside the tire size. Then adjust the spacing of each plow column on the plow frame to achieve the required uniform size. The distance between two adjacent plow columns of 435B type is 7cm.
In addition, it can be checked whether the tractor's inner diameter of the rear tire is the same as the inner size of the front tire. If there is any deviation, the size of the front tire can be adjusted to make it consistent, which can reduce the deviation when farming.
