Summer mushroom high-yielding essentials

The author believes that the following points must be taken into account in summer production:

First, the selection of bacteria. Select varieties with high temperature resistance, good mushroom shape, high yield, and strong disease resistance. Such as: Hainan No. 2, Spring Planting No. 1, Ho's 200 and so on.

Second, ingredients processing. Appropriately reduce the amount of nitrogen fertilizer. Appropriately increase the amount of plaster.

Third, build a heap fermentation. Minimize the factors that cause poor ventilation. The sign of good fermentation is that the culture material is brownish red, has aroma, and has a large number of white actinomycetes mycelium.

IV. Inoculation

1. In order to increase the success rate, clinker production should be adopted in high temperature season and two inoculations should be conducted. The 2040 cm high-density polyethylene bag was used and was sterilized at atmospheric pressure for 8-12 hours. The inoculation temperature is lower than 30°C; strains should be spread as evenly as possible to cover the material surface; the culture room should be shaded, ventilated, and vents should be screwed on the yarn cover.

V. Mushroom management

Six, pest and disease prevention. The pests and diseases of Pleurotus ostreatus in summer should be based on prevention.

2. During the fruiting period, it is forbidden to use unclean river water or pond water.
