There are few reports on the research of Ruyi Grass in China. The extraction of alkaloids from Ruyi Grass by ultrasonic technology has not been reported in the literature. Ultrasonic extraction can improve the dissolution rate and dissolution times of active ingredients, shorten the extraction time, save solvent consumption, and high extraction rate. In this paper, the alkaloids in Ruyi Grass are extracted by ultrasonic extraction, and the ultrasonic extraction process is discussed. The test optimizes the optimal extraction conditions and provides considerable experimental data for the development and utilization of Ruyi grass alkaloids.
In recent years, the domestic antibacterial effect on Ruyi grass alkaloids has not been reported in the literature. In order to better develop the utilization of Ruyi grass resources, this paper uses several commonly used antibacterial methods to explore the antibacterial effect of Ruyi grass alkaloids on the four tested strains, and provides a theoretical basis for further research of Ruyi grass alkaloids.
