Solve the "charging fault" of the printer
The printer has a charging failure. Even if the nozzle has been cleaned and dried, the fault is still displayed, but it can be printed and the printing quality is normal. Accurately speaking, it is not a real charging fault, specifically the phase is not detected. Phase is not detected, generally for the following reasons:
1. Please make sure that the 15-core wire is not intact, especially the four wires of brown, red, orange and silver.
2. The phase may be broken and charging cannot be detected. Please check the distance between the phase detection head and the ink line first. There is also a condition that can be used to measure its voltage is not normal.
3. There is no problem with the above two points, then the last one, the I/O board of the printer has been broken. It is good to replace the I/O board.
