Avoid operating near the vacuum pump's maximum vacuum or maximum exhaust pressure range. Operating in this area is not only extremely inefficient, but also unstable in operation, making it easy for the vacuum pump to generate vibration and noise. For a vacuum pump with a high degree of vacuum, cavitation often occurs in this area, and the obvious phenomenon of this phenomenon is noise and vibration in the vacuum pump. Excessive cavitation can cause damage to components such as the pump body and impeller, so that the vacuum pump cannot work properly.

It can be seen that when the vacuum degree or gas pressure required by the vacuum pump is not high, it can be preferentially selected in the single-stage pump. If the vacuum or exhaust pressure is required to be high, the single-stage pump is often unable to meet, or the pump is required to have a large gas volume at a higher vacuum, that is, the performance curve is required to be flat at a higher vacuum.
