Adjust the airflow rate to overcome eddy currents or use water-cooled or air-cooled jackets around the hot air distributor outlet. Or the feed liquid has a high impurity level, and the liquid is filtered before spraying because the equipment is not clean and the equipment needs to be cleaned.
If the product is too fine in the re-production process, the product yield is low, and the running loss is large; most of them are due to the low efficiency of the cyclone separator. It is necessary to check whether the cyclone separator is deformed by tapping, and check the airtightness of the cyclone separator. Whether there is accumulation or blockage inside and outside the outlet. It may also be because the bag filter interface is loose or the bag is perforated, the interface needs to be repaired, and the bag is regularly checked.
If the speed of the centrifugal sprayer is reduced, the current is increased, the feed rate is too high, and it is overloaded. It is necessary to reduce the supply amount or the mechanical failure of the sprayer and the motor; or stop the spray, check and troubleshoot.
If the flow rate of the sprayer fluctuates greatly, most of them are due to motor defects, so the mechanical resonance phenomenon of the sprayer and the motor is generated. At this time, the motor should be closely inspected.
