We solemnly declare that "canned foods do not need to add preservatives to extend the shelf life."

The long-term preservation of canned foods depends mainly on vacuum, sealing and sterilization. The food can be loaded into the can, exhausted and vacuumed, resulting in an oxygen-free environment. After the container is completely sealed, it can be fully sterilized. Therefore, canned foods absolutely do not require the addition of preservatives to achieve long-term preservation.

Starting from June of this year, the "Regulations on the Administration of the Production of Food Additives" issued by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine was formally implemented. According to the new regulations, all food additive ingredients must be clearly stated on the packaging. For the country's new regulations, the China Cannery Industry Association fully approves that it can effectively regulate the use of additives in the food industry, clarify the use of additives in various foods, and effectively curb the abuse and excessive use of additives by some illegal food companies. behavior.
