Try not to use counterweights by electric welding.
(4) Due to the large number of types of materials in maintenance, it is not easy to purchase, and can be used to process scrap shafts. At present, most shafts in China are based on 45# carbon steel. If quenching and tempering are required, under conditions of bad conditions, available oxygen can be used. , The earth furnace heats the required parts into the red water and put it in salt water, according to the requirements. (5) It is very difficult to pull the oil groove in the hole of the harvesting machine due to the need. Grease and heavy oil can be used where refuelling, except for nylon sleeves. Where nylon sleeves are used, it is best not to replace them with cast iron, copper or aluminum, because nylon sleeves do not deform under certain impact.
(6) Keys and keyways on pulleys and shafts should be repaired to ensure that dimensions do not change ahead of time, and the size of the keys cannot be increased. Otherwise, the strength of the shaft will be affected. The keyways on the shaft can be welded in the opposite direction of the old keys by using a welding filler. To mill a keyway, the keyway on the pulley can be inlayed (transition fit) method. After inserting, use the countersunk screw to tap the key on the sleeve joint.
(7) Maintenance of the hydraulic part of the harvester Remove the distributor and the flow reducing valve, etc., and press each pipe with the air pump. The hydraulic oil should be filtered and vented when it is re-installed. The assembly hydraulic repair is mainly the seal. The seal is best removed and replaced.
