The population of insect populations was counted and the number of live insects was investigated at 24, 48, and 72 hours after the injection to calculate the mortality rate. The insecticidal effects of the two test methods were basically consistent. Use 1% celangulin EC 10ml, 20ml, 30ml, 40ml per acre. The control effect is 92%, 93%, 93.8% and 94.7% respectively after 24 hours; the efficacy is 48 hours after treatment. The test results showed that: (1) cepetulin has a significant effect on the control of migratory locust in East Asia. It can achieve a mortality rate of more than 90% per acre with 1% celangulin EC 10 ml, and has a rapid effect; (2) Different doses of peltenin have different effects on the control of migratory locust in East Asia. Actual application can be based on the density of larvae and choose an effective low dose; (3) celetulin has a significant contact effect.
