The inspection method is: Connect the biogas output pipe to the biogas furnace and use it to ignite the biogas furnace. After 4 days of sealing, biogas is input again. Biogas will be entered every 15 days thereafter. Precautions: (1) Always check the system for leaks. It is forbidden to open fire inside and outside the warehouse. If the air contains more than 7% of biogas, it will cause explosion. (2) If there is accumulated water in the biogas pipe or diffusion pipe, it should be discharged in time. (3) The gas production capacity of the biogas digester should be matched with the ventilation volume. If the gas production capacity or gas storage capacity of the biogas digester is not sufficient, the biogas can be input into the grain warehouse for two consecutive days. At the same time, the management of the biogas digesters must be strengthened so that more gas can be produced to meet the requirements. (4) Because the biogas contains a certain amount of moisture, the moisture in the biogas should be reduced to below 13% before storing the grain; when the grain is stored, the water collector or quick lime filter should be installed in the gas pipeline;
